Jody was no stranger to the restoration business, working at her father’s ServiceMaster franchise for much of her youth. So, it was no surprise that in 2013 she took on ownership with her partners, of ServiceMaster Restore Toronto North Vaughan (TNV) and again in 2019 with ServiceMaster Restore Markham. Prior to re-joining the ServiceMaster Family, Jody spent many years at home with her young children. Before that she worked in the financial industry as an executive assistant for a large investment’s firm.  Jody has worked to implement many procedures to help enhance the customer experience and meet and exceed the timelines of our clients. Jody firmly believes that success starts from the ServiceMaster Family members on the team!

Joel has been working at ServiceMaster Restore Markham since 2018. First as a Construction Coordinator/Site Supervisor and more recently as Construction Manager. He graduated from George Brown College with a Construction Engineering degree and has more than 5 years of construction site supervisory experience in new home construction, renovations and restorations.

Nancy joined ServiceMaster in 2007 as a PC. With her keen ability to take on new and challenging tasks, she has progressed over the years through a variety of key roles up to her current as Director of Operations.  Nancy motivates and leads her team with the vast Industry knowledge she has gained, and creates a team environment  of learning and growing! Nancy holds a Political Science & Economics degree from York University, and has completed a Management Development Program through Violand Management Associates. She has also obtained her diploma in Small Business Management with Kent State University.  Nancy is  JHSC certified & CPR/First Aid trained.

Steve Gregg is using his more than 20 years of industry experience to oversee the operations and service delivery of ServiceMaster Restore Markham. Steve excels in project management and estimating, with a specialty in large loss and commercial loss management, which is significant as he focuses on servicing this thriving community with customized residential properties as well as high density living and commercial properties. Steve also has a vast knowledge and direct experience in working with a high volume of claims and managing large catastrophe's (CAT's) in both local and remote markets.  As President, Steve is responsible for ensuring a high-level service delivery is constant and consistent, as he firmly believes customer service is paramount.  Steve is also committed to and educated in reducing claims costs by effective and efficient mitigation of the loss, thereby reducing the renovation costs and decreasing downtime in property use.  This is a result of years of experience and the use of industry specific tools such as specialized equipment and innovative ways of restoring peace of mind.  Steve is also successful in providing a fast and efficient product all while not suffering the expected extraordinary customer service and quality workmanship.

William is responsible for the development, growth, customer service and social media content for ServiceMaster Restore Markham. He has more than 13 years experience in claims, vendor management, sales, marketing and business development within the insurance industry. Working for two major insurers and several insurance vendors, including time at the corporate head office of ServiceMaster Restore where he gained valuable insight into the property restoration space. William holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology (specializing in Biomechanics/Ergonomics) as well as an Honours B.A. in Kinesiology. William spends most of his spare time with his wife and 3 kids.
